Nice and early in the morning, guided by Dan from Nada Yoga Málaga, we’ll flow through the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior sequence. Right after, the power of our breath primes our bodies for the challenge ahead: Bravely we’ll dip into 2ºC fresh water finding comfort in discomfort.

Things to keep in mind:
⌚️ we start on time, please arrive 5-10 minutes early
🩳 bring comfortable clothing, a swim suit, a towel & a sweater
⛑️ inform us about any physical conditions, injuries or health-related concerns
🍻 stay away from alcohol & drugs 12 hours before
☕️ don’t have any coffee or tea 2 hours before
🥕 have a very light breakfast, if any, up to 2 hours before
