Rooftop Yoga

  • The Living Room Coworking Calle Barroso 15, Rooftop Málaga, Andalucía, 29001 Spain (map)

NOTE

A fair heads-up for our non-English speaking friends: This session will only be guided in English 🇬🇧. Should we have local yogis joining, I’ll try my best to sprinkle in the most needed instructions in Spanish here and there. However, in the interest of a relaxing and well-flowing practice for all participants, most of my guidance will be in English.

Description

During this 75 minutes yoga practice we’ll slowly ease into a stimulating sequence, which takes your body through an Asana journey from low intensity up to a challenging peak adjusted to everybody’s physical abilities. Whether it’s your very first time on the mat or you’re a daily practitioner, Ben’s guiding style always offers alternatives for all levels. By not only physically, but also spiritually stimulating our bodies through meditation, mantras and pranayamas we’ll leave with that typical “yoga high” or, in scientific terms, a balanced nervous system.

Ancestral styles Ben will guide you through:

🧘🏼‍♀️ beginner-friendly poses from Hatha & Vinyasa yoga

🫁 breathing exercises known as pranayamas to expand our life force

😌 meditation for interoceptive focus

🩵 lovely people to bond with

Things to keep in mind:

🧘🏼‍♀️ no prior experience required, beginners & experienced practitioners are welcome

⌚️ we start on time, please arrive 5-10 minutes early

🩳 wear comfortable cloths to move freely

🎒 bring water and your own mat

🥕 leave dinner for later and make your lunch a light one

⛑️ inform Ben about any physical conditions or injuries
